Steve Guttenberg as Carey Mahoney and Bubba Smith as Moses Hightower lead the charge as the beloved misfits of the Police Academy return for more hilarious hijinks in their third adventure. When budget cuts threaten to close down one of two police academies, Commandant Lassard (George Gaynes) calls on his star graduates including Larvell Jones (Michael Winslow), and Eugene Tackleberry (David Graf) to return as trainers. They must whip a new batch of civilian volunteers into shape while competing against the rival academy run by the scheming Commandant Mauser (Art Metrano).
